At CardMan Collectibles, we’re committed to making sure your collectibles arrive safely, securely, and exactly as described. We take care in packaging every order to protect your items during transit.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method at checkout.
  • All items are carefully packaged with protective materials to help ensure safe delivery.
  • Higher-value items may require signature confirmation for added security.
  • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary.

Order Packaging

Collectibles are packed with care using appropriate protection based on the item, which may include:

  • Sleeves and top loaders for single cards
  • Team bags and bubble mailers
  • Protective boxes for graded cards and sealed products
  • Additional padding for fragile or premium items

Returns

We want you to shop with confidence.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
  • To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Sealed products must remain unopened to qualify for return.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened sealed products
  • Items listed as final sale
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Any item altered after receipt

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work to make it right as quickly as possible.
