Participation in card breaks constitutes acceptance of the following:

  • All break results are final.
  • Products are opened live.
  • Cards are assigned according to the break format disclosed prior to purchase.
  • Pull rates are random and not guaranteed.
  • Purchasing a break spot does not guarantee specific cards, rarities, pull rates, or values.
  • Participants acknowledge the inherent randomness of trading card products.

Break-specific rules, shipping procedures, and non-hit policies will be disclosed in the applicable listing, stream description, or event details.

8. Live Stream Sales

Purchases made during live streams are considered final unless otherwise required by law.

Buyers are responsible for understanding the format, rules, and terms of any stream before purchasing.

9. Intellectual Property
